About the Job
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented leader to oversee our business
operations in Singapore. As a vital part of the Commercial team, the Head of Business will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving sustainable growth. This is a high-impact leadership position ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to create and execute growth strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities in mature and emerging markets within Singapore.
- Develop action plans to achieve revenue and business development targets.
- Oversee financial management, including cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting in line with policies and compliance standards.
- Manage and negotiate rental leases and contracts to support business operations.
- Liaise with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) for queries related to workforce management.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and corporate teams to establish smooth financial and administrative processes.
- Oversee business operations, ensuring consistency across processes and identifying cross-territory synergies.
- Manage the admin team, call centre, and 24x7 in-the-moment counsellors to ensure
- operational efficiency.
- Ensure that EAP services are delivered according to established parameters and standards.
- Run month-end payroll processes, including calculating and disbursing compensation for clinicians.
- Make vendor payments and maintain accurate records of all invoices.
- Assess resource requirements and ensure appropriate staffing to meet business objectives.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Promote a performance-driven culture aligned with company values and encourage teamwork.
- Lead with integrity, demonstrating the company’s values, and promote a ‘one company’ mindset across the team.
Qualifications:
- Strong financial acumen with experience in driving profitability and operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Experience in sales management, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and leadership skills.
