About the Role
You will be a critical team member on Lyra’s  legal team to support its growing operations, fulfilling Lyra’s mission to bring mental and emotional health solutions to employers across the country.  

You will have at least five years of experience working with a contract lifecycle management tool, preferably Ironclad and Salesforce, and technology systems such as ServiceNow to improve legal team efficiencies, among other things.  You will support the commercial contracting team and others on the legal team in building scalable processes that increase the team’s efficiency and operational excellence. You will have experience optimizing the capabilities of management systems such as Ironclad, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other records management systems, and can work independently with limited day to day oversight. 

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, extremely organized, detail oriented, customer service oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced and exciting environment.  You must have flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business drivers and organizational needs. Responsibilities

  • Support various Legal team members and assist in resolving internal and external requests
  • Work closely with the commercial contracting team and other business stakeholders to support the deal process, ensuring compliant and efficient contracting workflow
  • Prepare and review commercial sales contracts based on approved business guidelines
  • Coordinate and track status, assignments, and signatures
  • Support and manage the legal technology tools, including workflows, repository, contract templates, play books, integrations, metrics and generation of reports
  • Lead and support various legal operations projects from implementation to completion
  • Develop and provide sales partnerships and customer success managers training and support on legal management tools and contracting process 
  • Collaborate and build cross-functional relationships with business stakeholders at all levels of the company
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows while simultaneously managing internal operations
  • Keep current on the latest legal operations industry trends and technology developments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, sales, and business operations, with experience in a law firm or in-house legal department (such as legal operations, contracts administration, or paralegal) and a preference for a background in the healthcare sector
  • Experience with legal management tools such as a contracts lifecycle management, supplier/procurement software, and CRM systems (in particular Ironclad, ServiceNow, Brightflag, Coupa, and Salesforce)
  • Ability to quickly learn new software or technology and how to manage the ongoing maintenance
  • Comfortable enough with technology to be able to communicate effectively and support users
  • Detail-oriented, organized problem solver with the ability to take the initiative to drive strategic and tactical objectives, shift between tasks/projects as needed, and independently drive projects to completion
  • An entrepreneurial, ownership mentality with an ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Exceptional customer service, listening and collaboration skills, and a demonstrated ability to navigate difficult or sensitive issues and multiple partners

Pay and Benefits
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time Senior Legal Operations Associate position is $85,000-$130,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.

At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which additionally may include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and retirement benefits. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
