About the Role:
As a Sr. Program Manager at Lyra Health, you will be instrumental in driving the successful planning and launch of our innovative Customer/Partner product suite. This highly visible role offers a unique opportunity to partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, Customer Success, and Clinical Operations teams, helping shape and execute on our product strategy and business goals. You'll be a strategic problem solver, leveraging data and analytics to translate ambiguous growth challenges into clear product choices, align diverse stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution from concept to launch.

This role will be located onsite at our Burlingame, CA headquarters (hybrid; 1-2 days per week in-office). 

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end product planning and launches: Own the execution roadmap for key product initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment: Facilitate seamless collaboration and communication across Product, Engineering, Marketing, GTM, and CS, and interface with external partners and customers, to ensure unified execution of high-priority initiatives.
  • Provide executive visibility: Develop and present comprehensive program health readouts to executive audiences, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Proactively manage risks and dependencies: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential issues that could impact program success, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Champion operational excellence: Continuously evaluate and optimize development processes and methodologies to foster a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Influence product roadmap through feedback loops: Partner with GTM and CS to gather and synthesize customer feedback, directly informing future product iterations and enhancements.
  • Develop robust project plans: Create and maintain detailed project plans, including clear milestones, resource allocation, and dependency mapping.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in program management within a fast-paced software development environment, ideally within a high-growth tech or healthcare company.
  • Exceptional project and program management skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and workstreams simultaneously, driving clarity and execution in ambiguous situations.
  • Strategic problem solver with strong analytical capabilities: Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable insights and strategic product choices, utilizing data to drive decisions.
  • Outstanding cross-functional communication and influence: Proven ability to distill and communicate complex ideas clearly across all levels of the organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
  • Experience in digital health, healthcare operations, or management consulting is a significant plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification a plus.

As a full-time Sr. Program Manager, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $$106,000 to $163,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
