About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Administrative to join our Client Services Team. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Management team both locally and be a point of contact for the global account management team as well. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Excel and Adobe, along withknowledge of Canva. You will be responsible for supporting a team of key account managers in their daily client requests, including creating support documents and maintaining databases. Additionally, you will play a vital role in generating monthly client reports, ensuring accuracy, and identifying and rectifying any program errors or inconsistencies.

Location: Hybrid, to be based in Dubai 


Hours: Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to key account managers

  • Create and maintain support documents for client requests

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals for client meetings

  • Support the onboarding process for new clients

  • Keep databases up to date with accurate information

  • Generate monthly client reports and ensure their accuracy

  • Identify and rectify any program errors or inconsistencies

  • Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve efficiency

  • Manage invoices, ensuring timely processing and accuracy

  • Respond to client queries promptly and professionally

  • Escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate key account manager for further assistance

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in client services, administrative support, or a similar role is an advantage

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Adobe

  • Knowledge of Canva

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
