About the Role
Lyra Wellbeing MENA is looking for a Provider Network Development Coordinator to manage and grow the existing provider network of professionals. The individual will work within the Clinical Operations team reporting directly to Director Clinical Operations and will oversee the management of the provider network identifying new providers (psychologists, mental health professionals, lawyers, financial coaches, dietitians, presenters, etc) across the 17 countries MENA currently provides services to.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly assessing and meeting company needs for providers across MENA and help build specialty-based provider networks across our region.
  • Prepare contract templates and negotiate optimal rates within Lyra Wellbeing MENA across varying professions (psychologists, mental health professionals, lawyers, financial coaches, dieticians, presenters, etc)
  •  Coordinate onboarding of new network professionals
  •  Establish strong relationships with contracted partners and ensure partner satisfaction
  •  Coordinate ongoing training of the providers/affiliates
  •  Liaise with other MENA team members to understand operational requirements
  •  Role may occasionally require some travel
  •  Ensure Lyra MENA protocols, ethical and professional standards are maintained
  •  Working autonomously to ensure the provider network is able to fully support all operational needs.
  •  Contribute positively to overall business performance objectives
  •  Be a team contributor

Qualifications:

  •  3+ years of working experience
  •  Ability to comprehend and oversee contracting across varying regulatory environments and requirements
  •  Must have experience of living and working in the MENA region
  •  Must be fluent in English. Ability to speak Arabic would be an advantage
  •  Working hours 5 days a week from 8am to 5 pm
