About the role
Lyra Health is seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our multicultural team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging technology to improve mental health services and a proven track record of success in Salesforce administration. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth operations, and empowering our team to deliver exceptional care. The successful candidate will directly interact with our global network of users, providing support and troubleshooting assistance.

This role can be carried out from our Johannesburg, South Africa office, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within South Africa. Ideally, candidates would be able to attend pre-planned onsite meetings.



Key Responsibilities

  • User Management: 
  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts
  • Assign user profiles, roles, and permissions
  • Manage user licenses and entitlements
  • Data Management: 
  • Import and export data
  • Clean and standardize data
  • Backup and restore data 
  • Configuration: 
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts
  • Create and customize reports and dashboards
  • Set up workflows, approvals, and automation rules
  • Support:
  • Provide technical support to users
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems
  • Train users on Salesforce features and best practices
  • Updates and Upgrades: 
  • Research and recommend Salesforce updates and upgrades
  • Assist in the implementation of new Salesforce features
  • Security:
  • Implement and maintain security policies and procedures
  • Monitor security logs and address any issues

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or equivalent role. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce core concepts and features. 
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with users from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Experience with data import/export, data cleaning, and data validation to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Service desk system experience like Jira or similar to manage and prioritize support tickets.
