Reporting directly to the Senior Director, International Product, this senior individual contributor role is responsible for executing feature roadmaps, localising core capabilities for target markets, and streamlining platform integration. As a key product lead, you will act as a primary bridge between cross-functional international teams, core US engineering, and operational stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital health features efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
Feature Localisation & Delivery: Lead the day-to-day execution and localisation of international product capabilities across Workforce Mental Health and Lyra Wellbeing, ensuring full compliance with local regulatory and clinical requirements.
Platform Integration & Automation: Partner with engineering teams to integrate regional feature requirements into core platform architecture, reducing operational overhead and manual workarounds.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Engineering, Data, Operations, Clinical Governance, and Legal teams to ensure feature releases meet high standards of quality and operational readiness.
Product Analytics & Tracking: Monitor product performance metrics and telemetry to identify friction points, optimise member experience, and evaluate feature adoption across international cohorts.
Go-To-Market Support: Partner with Commercial and Customer Success teams to provide technical clarity on feature functionality, helping translate product capabilities for enterprise clients during launches.
Agile Backlog Prioritisation: Maintain and prioritise a clear product backlog, translating strategic directives into detailed user stories and sprint objectives.
Technical Expertise Required
Agile & Product Frameworks: Practical experience in modern product management practices, Agile/Scrum development cycles, and backlog prioritisation.
Software & Ecosystem Tools: Hands-on experience using product development tools, including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Platform Localisation: Working knowledge of internationalisation (i18n), localisation (l10n), API integrations, and enterprise SaaS workflows.
Product Analytics: Familiarity with telemetry and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Sigma) to track user behaviour and feature success.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience Level: Minimum of 6–8 years of digital product management experience, preferably within digital health, telehealth, or enterprise SaaS environments.
Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams and delivering complex feature rollouts without direct managerial authority.
Stakeholder Alignment: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey product roadmaps and technical requirements effectively to cross-functional peers and leadership.
Analytical & Business Judgment: Strong business judgment with a data-driven approach to solving operational and technical challenges.
