About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Executive Assistant to support Lyra’s President, Employer Solutions. This is a high-leverage partnership that goes beyond traditional administrative management. In this role, you will orchestrate the complex operational cadence for the President of Employer Solutions and help communicate the President’s priorities for the Employer business internally. You will own managing the President’s complex schedule and travel logistics, creation of high-stakes corporate slide decks, draft critical leadership communications, and drive cross-functional special projects supporting the rhythm of the business. The ideal candidate blends exceptional organizational mastery with an executive presentation style, strong business acumen, and a deep passion for writing and communications.

Responsibilities:

Calendar & Operations Mastery

  • Strategic Calendar Architecture: Manage a complex, constantly evolving calendar, prioritizing requests against immediate and long-term business outcomes while anticipating conflicts before they arise.

  • Seamless Logistics Management: Coordinate friction-free travel itineraries, corporate bookings, and comprehensive expense reporting with high accuracy.

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Build seamless partnerships across internal teams to facilitate seamless collaboration across leadership offices.

  • Set & Maintain Leadership Agendas: Orchestrate the planning, preparation, and execution of several leadership meeting agendas. 

Executive Communications & Narrative Creation

  • Draft and Edit High-Impact Comms: Write, refine, and distribute the executive's weekly extended leadership updates, monthly team-wide memos, and critical organization announcements, ensuring alignment with organizational tone and strategic objectives.

  • Design Presentation Material: Partner directly with the executive to conceptualize, storyboard, and design compelling slide decks for All-Hands meetings, stakeholder syncs, and large-scale internal presentations.

  • Synthesize Complex Information: Attend leadership meetings to take high-level strategy and translate it into clear, actionable updates for broader corporate distribution.

Operational Strategy & Project Management

  • Manage Operating Rhythms: Orchestrate the planning, logistical footprint, and agenda setting for critical operational meetings (weekly leadership, monthly syncs, quarterly planning sessions).

  • Execute Special Projects: Lead and execute ad-hoc operational initiatives from conception to completion, tracking cross-functional milestones and ensuring accountability across various teams.

  • Drive Decision Velocity: Act as a critical gatekeeper and proxy when appropriate, ensuring urgent requests are triaged and prioritized correctly.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting executives (VP or C-Suite level) within a fast-growing technology, SaaS, or healthcare environment.

  • Highly organized: The ability to balance multiple competing, urgent priorities without letting anything drop. Experience managing complex travel and logistics. 

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of writing corporate comms and translating complex strategies into accessible employee messaging.

  • Presentation Portfolio: High proficiency in presentation design (Google Slides) with the ability to visually build a cohesive story arc and create clean, professional visual designs.

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of corporate structures, organizational goals, and operational metrics.

  • Technical Savvy: Expert navigation of enterprise toolsets (Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and modern project management software).

As a full-time Strategic Executive Assistant, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$146,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
