Your Mission
At Lyra Health, we are transforming access to mental health care globally. We are looking for a financially-savvy Business Operations Analyst to be the backbone of our Spain operations. This isn't just an office management role; we need a "heavy hitter" who masters financial compliance, bookkeeping logic, and international reporting, while ensuring our Madrid office runs like a well-oiled machine.

Key responsabilities
- To be a reference of Financial Guardianship & Compliance by own the Spanish finance mailbox, acting as the primary liaison between local bookkeepers and our global Finance department.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local statutory reporting, specifically IRPF and VAT (IVA).
- Oversee the approval and timely payment of clinical Affiliates and vendors. Manage customer billing accuracy and credit control.
- Monitor local operational expenditures against budgets, identifying variances and cost-saving opportunities.
- Office Ownership: Manage the daily running of the Madrid office, from vendor agreements and facility maintenance to ordering supplies and managing cleaning services.
- Execute local Health & Safety (H&S) administrative requirements to meet legal obligations.
- Support travel logistics and internal communications, working closely with the Clinical Team Leader and various international teams (Legal, HR, Payroll).
Who you are?
We are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field;
- 2-4+ years in a role with heavy financial and administrative responsibilities, ideally within an international or global corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish bookkeeping and tax compliance (IVA/IRPF). Experience with global financial processes is a massive plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets) and experience with enterprise-level systems (ERP/CRM).
- Exceptional communication skills in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented for auditing invoices, but also flexible and proactive enough to handle "ad-hoc" administrative tasks with a positive attitude.
Contract Type: Full-time.
