Role Overview: 

Location: Remote, Malaysia 

Hours:  Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm MYT 

Flexibility: Must be flexible to attend meetings outside standard local working hours to accommodate global clients and teams on occasion

Global-hours: On request, 10pm MYT calls are part of the global hours. This is a global role and may require occasional evening meetings to accommodate US and other international time zones.

Primary areas of responsibility:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from stakeholder departments to gather and document business requirements related to enterprise systems processes and functionality

  • Write functional requirement documentation to guide the development process, contribute to the writing of development tickets

  • Effectively communicate any changes, updates, or enhancements to the Salesforce system to key stakeholders, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for any impacts to their operations

  • Contribute to the project management of new feature builds and rollouts on the international Salesforce system, ensuring work is completed to schedule to business requirements

  • Analyse existing system and business processes with stakeholders and identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency within the system 

  • Provide guidance for user training and support of the system, manage a ‘train the trainer’ model

Required & Preferred experience: 

  • To successfully perform in this role, the candidate will need good working knowledge of the  following: 

  • 5+ years experience years proven experience as a business analyst (or in technical project management), including 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and capabilities

  • Competency and familiarity with Agile development methodologies

  • Experience with Salesforce data analysis, reporting and dashboards
