Lyra Central America are recruiting an experience Account Management Lead to be based in Mexico, managing a portfolio of local contracts.
This is a full time hybrid role based in Mexico City. You will be required to occasionally visit local clients in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and provide personalized customer support to ensure satisfaction and meet client needs.
- Coordinate the execution of client programs, ensuring alignment with administrative and scheduling requirements.
- Respond to emails, follow up on tasks, and assist with event planning and coordination.
- Liaise with exhibitors, provide information, and manage follow-up communications.
- Prepare and maintain client reports, including monthly and quarterly updates.
- Collaborate internally with various teams to ensure client expectations and program requirements are met.
Qualifications and Skillset
- A degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce (Sari), Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years experience in account management, project management, or a similar field, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Experience in customer service, communication, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
