Are you a Clinical Psychologist with a passion for evidence-based care and a drive to work in a global environment? Lyra is looking for a Bilingual Emotional Consultant to join our Clinical Operations team in Mexico City.

In this role, you won’t just be providing support; you will be a strategic pillar in delivering world-class mental health care to users across Mexico, Central America, and the USA. You will bridge the gap between clinical excellence and corporate well-being, navigating fluidly between Spanish and English to help our members thrive.

Key responsabilities

  • Provide short-term emotional consultancy using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other proven techniques for issues like anxiety, depression, and workplace stress.
  • Conduct full clinical assessments and action plans in both English and Spanish, ensuring cultural nuances are respected in every interaction.
  • Act as a first responder for high-risk cases or Stressful Traumatic Events (ATS), following Lyra’s safety protocols and local regulations (NOM-035).
  • Maintain meticulous clinical records and collaborate with the Operations team to ensure data-driven quality and SLA compliance.

Clinical and Operational Expertise

  • Required  to hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a valid Professional License (Cédula Profesional). A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  • At least 3 years of direct clinical practice with a solid, verifiable foundation in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
  • Advanced English level (C1/C2). You are comfortable conducting therapy sessions, understanding complex idioms, and writing technical reports in English.
  • You navigate digital tools like Salesforce, Google Suite, and telehealth platforms with ease
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess the multicultural sensitivity needed to support a diverse, international workforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to work fast and under pressure to meet 24-hour Critical Incident SLAs.
