About the Role
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for liaisoning with all key stakeholders internal & external  to the clinical team for the seamless functioning of all clinical activities. This will be a 6 day Full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the calendar for all scheduled counseling/coaching sessions
  • Co-ordination and liaison with counsellors/affiliates/coaches for all counseling/coaching appointments scheduled for the day
  • Open cases in a CRM (case notes Software) as per Organisations Global Protocol of Case Management
  • To be able to generate statistical information/data related to uptake, modality used, critical/flagged cases for all clients serviced by and for in India
  • Empaneling Affiliate Counsellors from diverse mental health specialities, coaches and other professionals from the field of Mental Health (Identify, Review, shortlist, schedule interviews with the clinical manager and complete contract and all required documentation with the selected candidate for empanelment)
  • Liaison with the Customer Success Team to coordinate for webinars, promotional events et al.
  • Assist and co-host scheduled on-line/virtual webinars along with the speaker
  • Liaison with the Accounts team for payouts of Affiliates and Speakers
  • Any other administrative activity in line with the role

Qualifications

  • 1+ year in an organization in an administrative role
  • Graduate from any field (background in Psychology or Social Sciences would be an advantage)
  • Proficient with all Mobile Phone and Computer Apps (WhatsApp, MS Office, Webex, MS Team, Google & Zoom platforms)
  • Excellent organizing skills
  • Excellent telephone/online manner
  • Proficiency in English language and Comprehension (Speak, Write, Read)
  • Willing to learn, takes initiative and should be self-motivated
  • Professional and quality orientated approach to work
  • Enthusiastic and persuasive
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Can develop and sustain mature working relationships
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to effectively negotiate between different parties to achieve the best possible outcomes for the business
  • Open to change and ability to work with ambiguity
  • Aware of impact of own actions on workload of others and the business (self responsibility)
  • Assertive
  • Ability to function effectively under pressure
