Key Responsibilities
Onsite Clinical Support & Intake:
Conduct in-person clinical intakes, triage employee walk-ins, and assess mental health needs within the onsite clinic environment.
Provide immediate, short-term counseling, emotional support, and crisis de-escalation for employees on-site.
Educate clients on their service eligibility and available wellness resources, ensuring a smooth, warm referral to specialized off-site care when necessary.
Learning & Development (L&D) & Wellness Initiatives:
Design, develop, and facilitate engaging psychoeducational workshops, seminars, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of the client’s workforce.
Partner with client HR and leadership to conduct training sessions for managers (e.g., how to identify signs of burnout, supporting distressed team members, empathetic leadership).
Actively drive and participate in onsite mental health awareness campaigns to reduce stigma and encourage clinic utilization.
Clinic Operations & Coordination:
Independently manage the daily schedule and calendar of the onsite clinic, ensuring an efficient flow of booked appointments and walk-ins.
Serve as the primary clinical liaison between the client’s office and the broader clinical network, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain complete, secure, and accurate documentation of all clinical interactions, strictly adhering to confidentiality and data protection standards.
Record clinic utilization metrics, session data, and L&D workshop feedback in designated clinical management systems (such as Nova) on a daily and monthly basis.
Quality Assurance & Stakeholder Management:
Deliver a premium, welcoming, and frictionless experience for every employee visiting the onsite clinic.
Regularly review L&D session feedback and clinic metrics to continuously improve onsite service delivery and identify emerging mental health trends within the client organization.
Qualifications
