Clinical Administrator

Responsibilities:
Case coordination
Support the clinical team with administration of cases including but not limited to creation, distribution and follow up of case progress and status reports.
Monitor administrative accuracy of new cases, including but not limited to creation, distribution and follow up on data quality reports.
Assist with the processing of invoices relating to clinical interventions and ensure that invoices and services / sessions invoiced for are aligned to the clinical data in the LYRA systems
Support Case Manager and affiliate inquiries and trouble shooting as needed
Create and maintain document files.
Support network capacity by amongst others monitoring and outreach regarding affiliate capacity and availability
General Administration
Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate case documentation and efficient internal processes.
Continued engagement with the various clinical teams and LYRA affiliates to ensure that cases are effectively managed.
Qualifications & Experience:
Background / Experience
Suitable qualification and or experience in administration or business or similar – a formal degree is desirable but not formally required.
Financial work experience and/or qualifications is required for the role.
Several years of administrative work experience at a high level of complexity.
Experience within a client administration or EAP environment is a distinct advantage.
Experience of working in a diverse and international environment will equally be considered favourably.
Technical / Industry Specific
Excellent administrative skills
Excellent English speaking and writing abilities. French language skills are an asset.
High level of computer literacy, numeracy, and basic understanding of book-keeping
Strong time management skills to deal with multiple demands under time pressure.
Solid experience in working with complex spreadsheets and ability to adapt quickly to various systems.
Excellent telephone and email manner
