About the Job
The Sales and Account Executive’s primary role is to generate revenue through the acquisition of new clients and the management of relationships with existing clients within Malaysia. The role involves sales activities, account management, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Prospect and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Oversee the customer account management process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Offer after-sales support to clients to nurture repeat business.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products, services, and pricing models.
  • Stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape to more effectively position the company.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years working experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
