  • Writing sets of gold standard responses to specific clinical situations to maximize clinical effectiveness and helpfulness of AI tools

  • Evaluating AI responses in a systematic and reliable way to ascertain level of clinical quality

  • Synthesizing areas of improvement for AI tools to meet clinical safety and effectiveness criteria

  • Cross functional collaboration with other teams to support the development of AI tools

Requirements

  • Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action

  • 4+ years of primarily full-time direct clinical experience post-licensure

  • Strong training in and experience in safety risk assessment and management (e.g., SI, self-harm, etc.)

  • Experience conducting clinical quality assurance (QA) or clinical auditing to ensure high standards of care

  • Passionate about disseminating evidence-based mental health care by leveraging technology on a large scale

  • Excellent training in and deep understanding of evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, IPT, EFT, ACT)

  • Experience with the clinical application of generative AI and LLMs within a mental health context is a plus

  • Strong training in and experience providing culturally responsive care is preferred

  • Independent, flexible, can navigate uncertainty well, thrives in a fast-paced, high-change, dynamic environment
