- Maintain accurate forecasts, updates and overall app hygiene within Salesforce
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in account executive, customer success, or renewal-focused quota carrying sales roles.
- Proven history to meet or exceed expansion and renewal targets.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ); skilled at building trust and handling objections diplomatically.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to leverage customer data and product usage insights.
- Comfortable with multi-sku and multi-year contract terms and commercial discussions.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Gainsight, or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing complex deal cycles in a team selling environment
- Understanding of HR and CFO buyer personas across multiple industries
- Experience navigating upsell and renewal negotiations
- Familiarity with sales methodologies
- Experience selling to C-level executives
- Understanding of enterprise business challenges and navigating market trends
