About the Role: 

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategy, the Director of Corporate Strategy will serve as a key operational engine driving Lyra Health’s enterprise-wide growth agenda and global strategy. This role bridges high-level enterprise planning with execution, partnering directly with vertical leaders across Lyra’s Employer Solutions, Health Plan & Health System businesses to translate overarching goals into scalable operational models and market entry strategies.



Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Business Unit Alignment: Lead the end-to-end execution of the annual strategic planning process. Partner directly with vertical leaders to establish long-term success metrics, align investments to market demands, and navigate trade-offs alongside Finance.

  • M&A Strategy & Value Creation: Partner with Corporate Development to construct investment theses, execute 'build vs. buy vs. partner' frameworks, evaluate candidate fit, and design post-acquisition integration and value-creation plans.

  • Market Entry & Competitive Position: Operationalize competitive intelligence to guide product pivots and execute international/domestic market entry strategies.

  • Executive & Board Materials: Author and synthesize strategic narratives, data analyses, and decks for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Investors.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Strategy Managers/Associates, shaping team output and modeling high-caliber analytical and storytelling frameworks.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, top-tier management consulting, or corporate development within high-growth digital health or healthcare environments.

  • Proven ability to partner with executive vertical leadership in matrixed organizations.

  • Financial fluency with strong skills in unit economics, financial modeling, and business case construction.

  • Deep industry exposure to Employer Benefits, Health Systems, or Payer markets.

  • MBA preferred.

As a full-time Director, Corporate Strategy, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 to $206,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.  

Annual salary is only one part of an employee’s total compensation package at Lyra. We also offer generous benefits that include:
