About the Role
Lead the global People Systems function, ensuring optimal performance, integration, and utilization of HR technology, with a focus on Workday. Drive strategic initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements to support the company's global People operations.
Geography: Strong preference for candidates in Eastern or Central U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the global People Systems strategy aligned with business objectives. This includes development of operating principles related to data analytics, technology optimization and end-user adoption and training.

  • Workday System Management: Oversee Workday configuration, maintenance, and upgrades, ensuring the team is appropriately resourced and trained. Partner with our Technology Operations team on system integrations and security architecture.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop the People Systems team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Data Integrity and Analytics: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global regulations, and build a forward-looking roadmap for IPO-readiness and SOX compliance. Additionally, establish a framework for robust people analytics capabilities that surface relevant, actionable insights to the business in a timely manner. 

  • Project and Stakeholder Management: Lead People Systems projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to identify and address People Systems needs.

  • AI Adoption: Be a driving force for integrating AI into People processes, whether by leveraging tools that are built into existing systems or onboarding additional tools and resources

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HRIS, with significant experience in Workday

  • Proven experience in leading global HRIS implementations and operations, including HR-focused data analytics functions

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices and proven delivery of people technology strategies

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment

As a full-time Director, Global People Systems , you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-231,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.  

Annual salary is only one part of an employee’s total compensation package at Lyra. We also offer generous benefits that include:
