About the Role:
Lyra Health is looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing Finance team. This role reports to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis and will be responsible for integration & strategic initiatives. This position will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support and drive business performance of a newly acquired entity. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment, identify and track synergies, and drive cost optimization and revenue growth. 

This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Own the financial business case for the deal, including developing, refining, and maintaining detailed financial models, forecasts and synergy targets
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making related to integration and growth initiatives
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within newly integrated business units
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making by providing rigorous financial analyses and creating financial processes, particularly around resource allocation and investment
  • Drive accountability to ensure execution aligns with the business case; partner with cross-functional teams to quantify and track KPIs across operational and financial outcomes
  • P&L Ownership. Lead the monthly financial reporting process for acquired entities, including variance analysis and management reporting, providing insights into performance drivers
  • Monitor and track integration expenses against budget and identify areas for cost optimization
  • Develop and present regular performance reports and readouts to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Analytics or related field
  • 8+ years experience in FP&A or related function
  • Experience supporting financial tracking of company integration / acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish strong rapport and partnerships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently to evaluate and solve complex problems and understand the strategic implications of business decisions
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace
  • Experience with enterprise software tools such as Pigment and Netsuite preferred
As a full-time Finance Manager - FP&A, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 to 146,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.

Annual salary is only one part of an employee’s total compensation package at Lyra. We also offer generous benefits that include:
