About the role
Lyra Health is looking for a driven, highly strategic and tech-savvy GTM Technology Manager to own and optimize the systems, tools, and technologies that power our GTM teams. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and GTM Ops and plays a critical role in ensuring that our tech stack not only supports business goals, but helps accelerate them. You will work cross-functionally to drive efficiency, visibility and alignment across teams by evaluating, implementing and overseeing the tools and processes that support our GTM strategy. In this role you will own our GTM tools strategy, evaluate and oversee vendor partners, manage budgets and contracts and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations that support broader business objectives.
The successful candidate will be flexible but determined and one who enjoys tackling hard problems, increasing efficiencies, optimizing technology usage and working with teams to achieve goals. This person will build relationships with internal and external partners to understand GTM technology needs and priorities, clarify objectives, identify gaps and inefficiencies, develop actionable plans and drive execution excellence. Responsibilities
- Own the GTM technology tools strategy including CRM (e.g. Salesforce), sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach) and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau)
- Develop, oversee, and optimize the procurement process for GTM’s technology tools ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and GTM Ops teams to align tool functionality with business needs and strategic goals
- Evaluate new technologies and lead implementation projects that support revenue growth, lead management, and operational efficiency
- Maintain data integrity and integration across systems to ensure a seamless end-to-end view of the customer journey
- Develop and document scalable processes that improve operational effectiveness and enable consistent execution of GTM initiatives
- Monitor and improve cost and utilization efficiencies through a documented process
- Develop and document processes for routine review of technology tools, ensuring tools are being utilized as intended and providing value
- Support reporting and analytics efforts by ensuring data structure supports performance measurement and insights
- Develop and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations on technology utilization, optimization, costs/savings, and assessment of future technology tools
- Provide training and ongoing support to GTM teams on tool usage and best practices
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to optimize our GTM strategy
- Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiation
- Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of cross-functional technology projects and tool implementations within GTM
- Act as the primary point of contact for GTM technology strategy
- Collaborate with core GTM team members, key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Use a data driven approach to initiate, improve and scale current GTM technology tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years of demonstrated success working within GTM Operations, marketing/sales operations, GTM systems management or technology sourcing
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years experience with key GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Nav)
- Experience with Salesforce, including Salesforce features, and knowledge of commonly used tools across go-to-market functions, including campaigns, CRMs, prospecting, digital marketing, etc.
- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data flow, reporting, and systems integration
- Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent at assessing and optimizing technology tool usage, effectiveness, and budget
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to analyze data and create insights

As a full-time [Full Role Title Here], you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000 to $163,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
