About the Role
Lyra Health is seeking a Performance Management Analyst who will be a high-impact, operations analyst responsible for transforming complex data into compelling, actionable performance narratives for our largest and most strategic growth channels. Bridging the gap between technical data engineering and operations strategy, this role requires a unique "dual-threat" skillset to not just uncover trends and actionable data points but to transform them into an operational narritive & strategy. This role is more than just numbers and charts; it is about translating data into results.
Responsibilities
Partner directly with Account Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to build and convert dashboard data into actionable channel and customer specific insights
Support monthly and quarterly business review metrics and materials with tailored visuals and summaries that showcase performance wins, headwinds, and forward looking opportunities
Manage and validate enrollment performance and pipeline for perspective and new members, ensuring seamless ingestion from various partner and client sources.
Monitor and analyze membership utilization trending, identifying patterns in engagement, churn, and under-utilization.
Develop contract level service level agreements monitoring, dashboard, and establish reliable systems for management
Perform rigorous quality assurance on partner-provided datasets to ensure accuracy before data hits internal systems or external reports.
Build and optimize complex queries to join disparate datasets and extract actionable insights from our data warehouse
Develop and maintain scripts to automate recurring reports and eliminate manual data manipulation
Partner with Data Engineering to influence data modeling, design, and warehouse optimizations for performance reporting
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within a SaaS, healthcare, or consulting environment with direct client/customer-facing responsibilities.
Expert-level proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools and advanced SQL for querying complex datasets. Experience with Matik or similar reporting automation tools is highly desirable.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data analysis into simple, compelling visual and narrative formats suitable for executive audiences.
Demonstrated ability to think critically about business objectives and use data to form proactive, consultative recommendations.
Experience managing high-stakes client relationships and partnering effectively with non-technical business users (e.g., CSMs, Benefits Leaders).
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Analytics) preferred.
As a full-time Performance Management Analyst, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 to $131,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
