About the Role

Lyra Health is looking for a workplace mental health subject matter expert with learning program development and evaluation expertise, exceptional writing and presentation skills, and deep knowledge of mental health promotion. This role offers the unique opportunity to partner closely with customers to convert high-level workforce strategy needs into actionable, expertly-tailored learning program solutions while collaborating with internal partners to develop and evaluate mental-health related content and educational offerings. The right candidate will demonstrate the ability to translate research-backed mental health promotion and workplace wellbeing best practices into engaging, easy-to-understand educational materials and tools, will have a track record developing and deploying program evaluation initiatives, and will be capable of collaborating effectively and efficiently with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Independently curate high-quality source material and collaborate on the development of research-backed workplace and mental-health related training content, demonstrating Lyra's thought leadership with clarity, clinical accuracy, and research-backed insights.

  • Scope and develop multi-modal learning plans, large scale training initiatives, and timely, impactful high profile events, leveraging data-driven insights to iterate and evolve programming over time. 

  • Develop and scale program evaluation and quality assurance best practices, including assessing learning and development needs and outcomes using surveys, interviews, and ongoing communication with key stakeholders.

  • Support efforts to enhance outcomes reporting, developing bespoke and one-to-many solutions for communicating impact and value.

  • Facilitate expert-level workshops and high profile training events.

Qualifications

  • A graduate degree (PhD, PsyD, MS, MA) in organizational, clinical, or counseling psychology, public health, or health promotion. 

  • Professional experience working with internal and external stakeholders as a consultant or subject matter expert on mental health, mental health promotion, workplace wellbeing, and/or corporate mental health. 

  • Experience developing engaging psychoeducational content for live training and written assets.

  • Expertise in program evaluation, measurement, and quality improvement best practices. 

  • Ability to explain research-backed best practices, interventions, skills, and program evaluation outcomes fluently and clearly.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally with multidisciplinary colleagues. 

  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the face of strict deadlines.

  • Familiarity with most commonly used statistics and data visualization software.

PREFERRED

  • Dynamic public speaking abilities.

As a full-time Program Specialist, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $131,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.  

Annual salary is only one part of an employee’s total compensation package at Lyra. We also offer generous benefits that include:
