About the Role
Today’s world can be intense and stressful, and it’s taking an unprecedented toll on kids, teens, and families. The Psychometrist Assistant works closely with Psychometrists and supervising Neuropsychologists to ensure clients have a seamless experience throughout their assessment process. 

This role is a great fit if you enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, are comfortable with technology, and find customer service rewarding. Responsibilities

  • Provide regular updates to the psychometrist and supervising neuropsychologist regarding patient progress.
  • Partner with the neuropsychologist and psychometrist to send out timely self-report and collateral (e.g., caregiver, teacher, therapist) rating scales based on the neuropsychological test plan.
  • Monitor completion status of assessments and send reminders to clients and related parties when needed. 
  • Upload completed rating scales and other test score reports to the patient's Google folder.
  • Review and update testing reports in preparation for finalization by the neuropsychologist.
  • Complete billing sheets, including case management and other neuropsych billing units.
  • Other administrative work as needed.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with digital tools and systems; experience with Google Suite 
  • Familiarity with neuropsychology or psychometry
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Organized and excited by a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about helping clients and their families achieve their goals
  • Able to adhere to strict privacy guidelines and ethical standards when handling sensitive patient information
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week 
  • Candidates must successfully pass a drug screen and background check prior to employment for this role
  • Full-time resident of the United States
