The perfect fit for this role is a highly organized communicator who thrives in the intersection of project management and administrative compliance. • Assist with training new team members
  • Support record team workflows including assisting, where applicable, with review of current policy and procedures and periodic audits
  • Build cross-functional relationships with other stakeholders within the company to support client and internal requests
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree OR 3+ years in release of information or supporting healthcare operations role technology, specifically in Records Management is a plus
  • Prior experience working with sensitive information and demonstrated capability to maintain privacy and confidentiality of information that includes protected health information
  • Proficient with G Suite - specifically Sheets and Excel
  • Experience in working with CRM tools, including Salesforce CRM, and other internal tools such as Confluence, Jira, Slack
  • Demonstrated experience with client/customer facing communication, including demonstrated capabilities in professional and courteous communications with others in real time (phone and messaging) as well as through written channels
  • Additional familiarity with the following preferred: medical terminology and experience with electronic health record and practice management systems
  • Experience with response to behavioral health or subpoena requests
  • Experience with healthcare compliance
  • Ability to operate autonomously while being a team player who brings a positive attitude to the workplace

The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
