About the Role
Lyra is looking for an experienced clinical leader and manager with expertise and commitment to clinical training, evidence based and culturally responsive care, clinical quality assurance, and developing high performing teams. You will serve as a senior clinical leader for Pediatrics Outpatient services with oversight of coach managers and supervisors. In addition, key leader for employer services. 

For this full-time role, the primary responsibility will be to help train, manage, and supervise a team of coach leads and coach managers who are responsible for the supervision and management of coaches practicing Coaching for Parents and coaching within a collaborative model using other evidence-based practices through our innovative video platform. A key responsibility is to contribute to the vision and care quality strategy to ensure high standards for care for the 

The ideal candidate brings demonstrated enthusiasm and experience in overseeing coaches, assurance, consultation regarding EBTs, a deep commitment to culturally responsive care, and experience in startups environment, administrative and management of providers. 

This role reports to our VP of Pediatric Clinical Services. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure care provided across their team is evidence-based, culturally responsive, and outcomes-driven;
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding of Coach Managers
  • Supervise, guide, and mentor providers and clinical managers;
  • Provide feedback regarding performance metrics and discipline concerns for coaches, coach supervisors, and coach managers;
  • Lead ongoing clinical 1:1’s and group consultations with assigned team supervisors and managers;
  • Drive the development and implementation of clinical training and continuing education opportunities and training related departmental policies and/or procedures
  • Maintain a small personal caseload of pediatric clients;
  • Provide consultation coverage for all pediatric outpatient services as scheduled which may include evenings and weekend coverage
  • Define, delegate, and oversee Outpatient Services projects and initiatives that support Pediatric Outpatient
  • Represent Pediatric Outpatient Services to customer conversations which may require some travel 
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology or Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) from an accredited graduate program
  • Current unrestricted license to practice within the United States
  • 5+ years postdoctoral or licensed clinical experience, preferably in an academic, VA or public health setting
  • Pediatric and Adult Mental Health Experience
  • Supervisory/management experience working with behavioral health coaches.
  • Highly skilled in providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, etc.) 
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical supervision/training of evidence based therapies
  • Experience managing a clinical program or mental health initiative
  • Experience overseeing clinical quality
  • 2+ years of experience in management and administrative supervision of licenced independent providers
  • Grounded in cultural humility with a commitment to culturally responsive care and DEIB
  • Comfort with technology and working within a fast-moving environment
  • Passion for transforming mental health through technology with a human touch
As a full-time Senior Clinical Quality Manager, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$170,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
