About the Role
The Senior Lead of Neuropsychological Operations will play a critical role at Lyra Health Health, overseeing all operational aspects of Lyra’s Neuropsych testing capability. This role combines operational excellence with strategic acumen, ensuring that Lyra Health delivers unparalleled care and continuously evolves to meet industry demands.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall operation of Lyra Health & Bend Health's Neurodiversity service offering, including go-to-market strategy, initiative roadmap, and day-to-day operations
- Establish and monitor performance targets for all operational components (e.g., conversion rate, NP eval completion time, etc.) and individual staff productivity metrics
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure all established targets and SLAs are met or exceeded. For metrics performing below target or outside of SLA, lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at improving performance
- Drive holistic operational roadmap to achieve Neurodiversity service offering growth and service delivery targets
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to develop and execute strategies that increase program adoption and member engagement
- Work closely with Product & Engineering to redesign, automate and streamline operational processes with a goal of decreasing cost as neuropsychological testing expands and scales
- Partner with clinical leadership to bring to life the clinical program vision and member experience; Lead supply and demand planning and work closely with Workforce Management to ensure proper staffing levels
- Collaborate with the communications team to develop and execute member communication strategies that optimize conversion rates and ensure optimal communication to families as they progress through the testing process
- Act as a driving force for organizational alignment and execution of business strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years of related experience with 3+ years of experience in operational leadership roles, ideally within the healthcare or behavioral health sector.
- Proven experience building new teams or programs with significant organizational impact
- Strong track record of designing and implementing performance metrics and operational models.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to monitor and report on KPIs effectively.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative leader with experience working across clinical, marketing, and executive teams.
As a full-time Senior Lead, Neuropsychological Operations, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $119,000-$183,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
