About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Solutions Director to own the development, execution, and lifecycle of our Health Plan/Health System new solutions. 

Working in close partnership with our Sales, Product, Clinical, and Finance orgs, the Solution Director will be responsible for commercializing our services technology and to solve critical business problems.

Responsibilities

1. Solution Development & Packaging:

  • Partner with our Network and Clinical teams to define, standardize, and document the services included in the solution, including service KPIs, customer SLAs, differentiation, and pricing. 

  • Work with Pricing and Finance teams to develop compelling and profitable pricing and packaging models for the solution.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to influence the technology platform roadmap, ensuring it supports the needs of the overall solution.

2. Go-to-Market & Enablement:

  • Partner with GM and Product Marketing to develop clear and compelling solution positioning, value propositions, and messaging for internal and external audiences.

  • Partner with Enablement to develop materials, including solution briefs, presentations, battle cards, ROI calculators, and proposal templates.

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the solution, supporting the sales and pre-sales teams on critical sales with customers and prospects.

  • Help train the sales, pre-sales, and customer development teams on the solution's value proposition and delivery model.

3. Performance & Lifecycle Management:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the solution, such as revenue, margin, market share, customer adoption, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Establish a continuous feedback loop with customers, sales, product, and clinical teams to gather insights and drive iterative improvements to the solution.

  • Help to manage the entire solution lifecycle, from launch to renewal, making strategic decisions to optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a strategic role within an enterprise B2B technology or health care company. Relevant experience includes product management, product marketing, sales leadership, client development, and/or management consulting.

  • Demonstrated experience defining and launching complex solutions that bundle software/technology with services.

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with experience building business cases and using data to drive decisions.

  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to a variety of stakeholders, from C-level executives to Product Managers.

  • Skilled in engaging with prospects and customers/clients as part of a sales process.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other advanced degree.

  • Experience with value-based pricing and solution packaging strategies.

  • Experience in health care and health plan contracting

As a full-time Solutions Director, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000 to $231,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. 

Annual salary is only one part of an employee’s total compensation package at Lyra. We also offer generous benefits that include:
