About the Role:

Lyra Health is looking for a Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategy to help us elevate our position within the Health Plan and Health System market. As the primary architect of our messaging, you will be responsible for bringing to life how Lyra communicates its value to key healthcare industry stakeholders and prospective partners. You will bridge the gap between complex clinical solutions and compelling storytelling, ensuring Lyra remains the preeminent thought leader in the mental health space.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing strategy team, fostering a culture of high performance, experimentation, and empathy, and managing creative resourcing.

  • Messaging & Positioning: Lead the development of clear, differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks tailored specifically to the Health Plan and Health System business.

  • Product Marketing: Partner with General Manager, Product and Clinical teams to translate technical roadmaps and complex clinical outcomes into compelling value propositions and sales enablement tools.

  • Market Intelligence: Contextualize positioning in the competitive landscape and industry shifts to keep Lyra’s strategy proactive and ahead of the curve.

  • Channel Integration: Partner with internal teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all audiences and touchpoints, including campaigns, social media, web presence, and earned media.

  • Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications and other marketing functions teams to ensure all narratives, executive thought leadership, and media opportunities are seamlessly integrated with Lyra’s overarching corporate brand and reputation management strategies.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or product marketing, with a heavy emphasis on healthcare or enterprise B2B.

  • Master Storyteller: Exceptional ability to take complex, clinical, or technical concepts and turn them into simple, persuasive narratives.

  • Strategic Positioning: Proven ability to build persuasive pitch decks and sales narratives that have directly contributed to closing large enterprise or health plan deals.

  • Strategic Execution: Proven track record of building and scaling integrated marketing teams from the ground up.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Experience working with clinical, product, and sales leads to align messaging with the reality of the product and the needs of the market.

  • Editorial Excellence: High bar for quality in written and visual content, with experience overseeing diverse creative and editorial workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the Health Plan landscape and the specific challenges faced by large Health Systems.

  • Experience managing creative services teams.

  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • A passion for mental health and transforming the healthcare landscape.

As a full-time Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategy, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000 to 184,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. 

Annual salary is only one part of an employee’s total compensation package at Lyra. We also offer generous benefits that include:
