About the Role:

Lyra Health is looking for a Strategic Alliances Manager to manage relationships with benefit consultants in the Southeast region. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with (or in the role of) benefit consultants, clear and effective presentation and communication skills, as well as a proven ability to cultivate strong relationships.

While the position is Remote, candidate must be located on the East Coast / Southeast, with the ability and willingness to travel frequently within your territory (20-50%, depending on time of year)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with your territory Regional Director to develop the benefits consultant strategy within your territory.

  • Own relationship management for select consulting firms, including reaching out to develop new relationships and nurturing existing relationships.

  • In support of building pipeline, schedule and coordinate meetings/events with consultants in your territory, including virtual and in-person 1:1s, group meetings and events, and evaluation of sponsorship opportunities.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of activities, events, costs, attendee lists, etc, and overall upkeep of Salesforce records.

  • Support sales team to progress pipeline for select opportunities and support Customer Success with renewals

  • Act as the partnership owner for a benefits consulting firm to identify strategic opportunities to deepen the partnership.

  • Partner with other cross-functional teams to deliver on Go To Market goals, including the marketing team for collateral development and event planning, product, legal, enablement team, etc.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience specifically in the mental health or digital health industry as a benefits consultant or related vendor consulting relations role

  • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with highly-talented professionals

  • Experience calling on employer prospects and/or consultants

  • Passionate about building relationships with consultants

  • Highly proactive and a self-starter

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting in-person and virtually in a professional environment

  • Proven ability to demonstrate exceptional active listening and intellectual curiosity, tailoring conversations to ensure every interaction feels relevant, engaging, and insights driven

  • Strong project management, listening, organization, analytical and time management skills 

  • Sales enablement and experience with Salesforce a plus

  • While the position is Remote, candidate must be located on the East coast / Southeast

  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently within your territory (20-50%, depending on time of year)

As a full-time Strategic Alliances Manager, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $86,080 to $118,360. The base salary is determined by role and level, and the base salary will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for commission payments.
