About the Role:
Lyra Health is looking for a Technical Program Manager who will act as the point of contact and interface to the engineering team and business partners for strategic initiatives and complex development efforts. This role will be a great fit for you if you are a self-driven natural collaborator, highly organized, and passionate about making a difference.
This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Collaborate with technology leadership and business partners to facilitate convergence of functional and strategic needs
- Promote clear communication, shared ownership, and effective collaboration across teams with varying goals and viewpoints, aligning stakeholders and keeping relevant audiences updated
- Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes and best practices that improve team efficiency and effectiveness while promoting our continuous improvement core value
- Problem-solve and identify root causes of issues, implement countermeasures to address needs effectively
Qualifications
- 6+ years of technical program / project management experience
- Customer-centric mindset – continually asking how our work is improving the lives of our customers (internal and external)
- Strong technical fluency – ability to learn Lyra’s high level systems, integrations, and key functions of the Lyra platform
- Excellent communication skills – adept at representing complex topics across varied audiences and technical levels to promote feedback and ideas-sharing
- Expert at planning, organization, multi-tasking and execution with a passion for quality and operational efficiency
- Practitioner of agile project management methodologies
- Ticketing system proficiency (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.), and experience with analytics
- Prior startup and/or healthcare experience is a plus – able to balance multiple ongoing initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance program delivery and cross-functional collaboration is a strong plus
As a full-time Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000 to 196,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
Annual salary is only one part of an employee’s total compensation package at Lyra. We also offer generous benefits that include:
