The Clinical Associate plays a vital support role in coordinating and managing the operational aspects of Lyra Health’s Onsite Clinics in Singapore, reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager.

This role serves as the primary liaison for onsite clinic logistics, clinician onboarding, scheduling, and communication between internal teams, clinicians, and client stakeholders. In addition to onsite clinic coordination, the Clinical Associate manages the intake and organization of training and workshop requests for our customers, supporting training session planning, trainer coordination, and customer communication. The role also provides critical support in handling initial reporting and coordination of critical incidents, ensuring timely documentation and response aligned with Lyra’s protocols. Across all responsibilities, the Clinical Associate maintains accurate records, supports reporting and evaluations, and contributes to operational improvements, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth, compliant, and responsive delivery of Lyra’s clinical services in
Singapore.


Primary areas of responsibility

Onsite Clinic Management & Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the operational aspects of Lyra’s Onsite Clinics in  Singapore, under the guidance of the Clinical Operations Manager
  •  Coordinate the scheduling and logistical arrangements for Onsite Clinic operations,  including room bookings, IT setup, and material preparation.
  • Manage communication between Lyra, the client, and the clinicians involved in Onsite  Clinics. 
  • Support the onboarding of clinicians for Onsite Clinic engagements, ensuring they have  the necessary information and resources. 
  • Track and manage clinician availability and capacity for Onsite Clinic assignments.
  • Assist in the collection and reporting of key operational metrics related to Onsite Clinics.
  • Support the implementation of clinical and operational protocols specific to Onsite Clinics. 
  • Liaise with administrative and support teams to ensure the smooth functioning of Onsite Clinic operations.

Training Request Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the intake and initial processing of training and  workshop requests from Lyra’s Onsite Clinic customers in Singapore. 
  • Coordinate with internal clinical teams and external trainers to assess the feasibility and  scope of customer training requests. 
  • Manage the scheduling and logistical arrangements for customer-facing training sessions,  workshops, and webinars, including venue booking (if applicable), virtual platform setup,  and material preparation. 
  • Communicate training schedules, content outlines, and logistical details to customer  contacts. 
  • Track and manage customer participation in scheduled training sessions. 
  • Assist the Clinical Operations Manager in developing tailored training proposals and  materials for customers. 
  • Support the collection of feedback from customers on training sessions and assist in the  evaluation of training effectiveness.
  • Maintain organized records of customer training requests, schedules, and feedback. 
  • Liaise with client success and account management teams to ensure seamless  coordination of customer training initiatives.

Critical Incident Coordination & Support

  • Serve as a key point of contact for the initial reporting and coordination of critical  incidents involving Lyra’s clients or network in Singapore, under the direction of the  Clinical Operations Manager. 
  • Follow established protocols for the intake and documentation of critical incidents. 
  • Assist the Clinical Operations Manager in gathering relevant information and  communicating with involved parties, including clinicians, clients (where appropriate), and  internal stakeholders. 
  • Support the coordination of immediate support and resources for individuals impacted by  critical incidents. 
  • Maintain confidential records of critical incidents and related actions. 
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses of critical incidents to identify trends and  areas for improvement. 
  • Ensure adherence to Lyra’s critical incident management policies and procedures.

General Clinical Operations Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Clinical Operations Manager on  various projects and initiatives. 
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. 
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to Onsite Clinics, training, and  critical incidents. 
  • Facilitate communication and information flow between the Clinical Operations Manager  and other relevant teams. 
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall efficiency of the clinical  operations function. 
  • Support the implementation of new operational processes and tools.

Minimum level of experience required

  • Degree in a clinical field, e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Social Work. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably  within a healthcare or mental health setting. 
  • Experience in coordinating events, training programs, or logistical arrangements is highly  desirable. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage  multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. 
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative. 
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data privacy principles. 
  • Experience working with clinical teams or in a clinical environment is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data privacy principles. 
  • Experience working with clinical teams or in a clinical environment is an advantage.
