Role Overview:
The individual will be responsible for developing and presenting client proposals, driving stakeholder engagements and achieving annual sales targets and pipeline targets. We are seeking a results oriented professional with a strong growth mind-set, an individual who views their role within the Learning team as a strategic and, long-term investment in both personal and organizational growth.
Hybrid: This positions follows a hybrid working model, that requires the incumbent to attend the office one day per week to foster collaboration, team engagement and alignment with key stakeholders.
Hours: South Africa work hours: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm
Travel: The individual will be required to travel to client sites as part of the on-going client meetings and strategic engagements.
Wi-Fi: While working off-site/remotely, the individual is expected to have reliable backup power supply and a strong, stable Wi-Fi connection as these are essential requirements for effectively performing in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target:
- 1. The individual will be expected to consistently meet and exceed established annual targets, demonstrating a strong performance orientation and a commitment to excellence in driving business growth and impact.
- Service Delivery:
- 1. Consistency and high-quality service delivery to clients
- 2. Client retainment
- Learning Operations:
- 1. Implementation of Learning services in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders and systems
- Reporting:
- 1. Operational and commercial efficiencies 2. Accurate and timely reporting
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- 1. Serve as a point of contact for all Learning service inquiries, resources and support
- 2. Facilitate all Learning session related communication between client, affiliate and coordinators
Minimum Level of Experience Required (including any industry-specific experience)
- At least 3 years in EWP (Employee Wellness Program) and Learning/Training. Clinical background will be advantageous.
Minimum Skillset Required
- Stakeholder Management
- Efficient communication skills
- Learning consulting
- Commercial and sales acumen
- Understanding of EWP (Employee Wellness Programs) and clinical best practices in Learning solutions and content development
- Effective report writing
