Your Mission as an Account Manager
You will be the local face and strategic partner for our global corporate customers in Australia. Your mission is to own the local relationship, ensure seamless program implementation, and, crucially, manage the local relationship for an important global client based in the region.

What You'll Bring to the Team
As an autonomous and proactive professional with a background in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or broader mental health services sector, Your Experience of 2-4+ years managing large corporate client relationships, Ideally with 2 years specifically within an EAP or comparable Mental Health Services setting and a suitable qualification/background in Psychology or Mental Health, you will be the bridge between Local and global Clients and Lyra´s Mission to bring mental health services arround the globe.

Your Excellent presentation skills and credibility will represent Lyra to senior local customer representatives with an Exceptional highly positive and energetic approach to client interactions.
