This is a fully remote role.

Hours: Standard Australia business hours: 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the AUS/NZ operations to ensure that clinical services are provided to the WFMH customers in AUS/NZ. 
  • Work closely with the local partner Assure to deliver clinical services.
  • Work closely with Lyra International to ensure that all clinical service requirements from our WFMH customer base are met.
  • Grow our affiliate footprint in AUS/NZ.

Minimum level of experience required (including any industry-specific experience)

  • MA Degree in Psychology
  • Registration with the appropriate Psychological Boards in Australia (Psychological Board of Australia (PsyBA); Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or the Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
  • More than 5 years’ experience in Wellbeing/EAP, specifically in Clinical Operations. 
  • More than 3 years management experience. 

Minimum skillset required

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Good business and financial acumen.
  • Good operational insight.
  • Hard working, flexible and driven.
