This is a fully remote role.
Hours: Standard Australia business hours: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the AUS/NZ operations to ensure that clinical services are provided to the WFMH customers in AUS/NZ.
- Work closely with the local partner Assure to deliver clinical services.
- Work closely with Lyra International to ensure that all clinical service requirements from our WFMH customer base are met.
- Grow our affiliate footprint in AUS/NZ.
Minimum level of experience required (including any industry-specific experience)
- MA Degree in Psychology
- Registration with the appropriate Psychological Boards in Australia (Psychological Board of Australia (PsyBA); Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or the Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
- More than 5 years’ experience in Wellbeing/EAP, specifically in Clinical Operations.
- More than 3 years management experience.
Minimum skillset required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Good business and financial acumen.
- Good operational insight.
- Hard working, flexible and driven.
