Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based coaching sessions via video. 
  • Utilize digital lessons, videos, and assessments to your clients between sessions to enhance learning and monitor quantitative improvement
  • Regularly attend peer group consultation meetings
  • Access and participate to continued coach development trainings
  • Maintain adherence to Lyra’s coaching model and quality standards

Requirements

  • Graduated from a comprehensive Level 1 or Level 2 coaching program accredited by the ICF, or ICF-credentialed coach (ACC, PCC, MCC)
  • Completed a minimum of 100 coaching hours with adults post graduation 
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Resides and works in Australia for at least 9 months of the year
