Lyra Care Therapists
Our full-time therapists provide time-limited, evidence-based treatment via live video, using integrated digital tools and assessments to support clients between sessions. You’ll have a balanced schedule with dedicated, paid time for documentation and clinical reflection, ensuring you have the mental space to deliver high-quality care.
Complex Care Providers
Lyra’s Complex Care program supports members with higher acuity needs, including connecting to treatment for substance use disorders.
Lyra Renew is our integrated, outpatient virtual substance use and mental health recovery program. You’ll enjoy connecting in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings and the easy access to digital tools for clients to use outside of sessions.
The Lyra Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program capitalizes on Lyra Care Therapy to supplement standard individual DBT and DBT skills groups with novel between-session DBT-relevant digital activities. Providers enjoy the collaborative team environment and continual learning in this role.
Lyra Care Coaching
Lyra’s Mental Health Coaching program blends live video sessions with between-session digital lessons and content. We provide our state of the art technology platform and the adult clients so you can focus on what you do best: Offering high-quality mental health coaching.
Prescribing Physicians and Nurse Practitioners
Our prescribing providers enjoy practice opportunities to partner across our various programs, closely consulting with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care physicians to provide clients with easily-accessible, culturally-responsive, high-quality mental health care. You’ll always have a team behind you, even while working remotely.

Neuropsychology
Our Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity offers neuropsychological assessments, diagnosis, and tailored care for ADHD, and support for autism and learning differences.
Lyra works with Neuropsychologists, Testing Psychologists, and Psychometrists in a collaborative team environment, including the patient’s psychologist, therapist, and/or psychiatrist. You’ll love being part of a team that delivers specialized care where every mind is supported.
Pediatrics
Lyra is honored to provide clinical support to children, adolescents, teens, and young adults through our pediatric program. Our pediatric psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and intake specialists provide something truly rare for this population: Timely access to whole family support when it’s needed.
